We want to make sure that you are always satisfied with your purchase. We know that you'll sometimes need to return a product.
Return Period
You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to send items back.
Item Condition
Products must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with all original packaging.
Return Costs
Defective or Incorrect Items:
If your item arrives damaged, is the wrong product, or has a major defect, we will cover all return shipping costs.
Change of Mind:
If you ordered the wrong item or you simply no longer want it, you will be responsible for the full return shipping cost. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Free Gifts:
Free gifts must be returned together with the rest of any other products being returned to be able to receive a refund.
How to Send a Return
Returning products to us is simple:

Contact Us: Email us with your order number and the reason for the return. If the item is defective or incorrect, you must attach photos clearly showing the items and describe the issue(s).

Prepare the Package: Place the item back in its original packaging, including all tags, accessories, and paperwork.

Ship It: Follow the instructions in your return authorization email, then send it back to the address provided.
IMPORTANT: Do not send returns to the address on our website or packaging. The return address will be communicated to you via email once the return request has been approved.
Refunds
Review: After your return arrives, we’ll check the item to confirm it meets our return guidelines.
Processing: Once approved, we’ll issue your refund. It may take up to 7 business days for the amount to appear on your original payment method, depending on your bank or provider.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges at this time.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain products cannot be returned for hygiene or safety reasons. These items will be clearly identified as non-returnable on their product pages.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on final sale items or gift cards.
