Returns
You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Defective or Incorrect Items:
If your item arrives with functional damages or is the wrong product we will send a replacement with no additional cost to you.
Change of Mind:
If you ordered the wrong item or you simply no longer want it, you will be responsible for the full return shipping cost. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

What should I do if I receive a faulty or damaged product?
If you receive a defective item, we’ll replace it at no cost within 30 days of receiving it. You must attach photos clearly showing the broken/defective items and describe the issue(s) with your item. For more information, see our full return policy.
When will I get my order?
